Thanks to the special cut of the sled dog harness, your dog can move freely when pulling. The shoulder and elbow joints, the entire spine as well as the lumbar and neck vertebrae are completely exposed, which gives the dog's gait system and movement complete freedom.
The ingenious connection system with the roller allows free movement of the shoulders, the harness does not constrict your dog in any position, so your dog can walk in the position that suits him and his musculoskeletal system.
Like our other harnesses, the sled dog harness is made from one piece of fabric to avoid pinching seams and hard parts.
The snap fasteners each hold 130 kilograms - can also be ordered with light metal fasteners on request.
The neck part is padded so that the neck circumference can be adjusted according to the muscles of the dog. The more trained the dog is, the more pads can be removed to reduce the neck size.
The harness shape rises steeply at the neck to allow the dog to hold its head up when running without feeling pressure on the cervical vertebrae (the opposite is the case with belt harnesses - they constantly press on the dog's neck and make it impossible to run with an elevated position). head pose to run!).
The only strap that runs across the back is only used to stabilize the harness when there is no pull on the line. It lies very loosely on the dog's back and has no function while it is being pulled - depending on the dog's body shape, this belt is superfluous and can be removed.
