The Vary ProGuide training harness is similar in design to the Vary Standard, but has additional tether options that allow corrections to be made when the dog pulls on the lead. Our intelligent design means that the dog is not constricted during corrections, nor are the shoulders blocked in a way that is detrimental to health. It can therefore be used both as a training harness and as an everyday harness.

Due to the cut, the shoulder blade, shoulder and elbow joints are always free and the dog can move without restriction. Thanks to the ergonomic cut, the belly straps can be adjusted very loosely and the dog never feels pressure on the spine. We use high-quality, stable buckles which have a tensile strength of 90 to 130 kilograms.

For everyday use, we recommend attaching the leash only to the rear ring. If there is so tension on the leash and on the harness, this is distributed optimally on the dog's body. The sensitive dog neck remains free, the spine feels no pressure.

To lead the dog short, the two carabiners of the lead line can be attached one to the front ring and one to the rear ring.

We recommend using the front ring alone ONLY for training purposes - e.g. at the dog park. This is because if the pull is only on the front ring, the harness is pulled upwards on the neck and presses on the dog's windpipe, like a collar.
